Features
Mini Dougeni was born in Athens in 1980. She graduated from the Mokume School of Goldsmiths, specializing in handmade jewelry. Her engagement in the commercial businesses started by opening her own shop in Kolonaki promoting both her own creations and other artists.
Mini gave special seminars in many municipalities of Athens and in recent years has maintained her own jewelry design and manufacturing workshop, taking part in exhibitions where she has been leaving her mark for many years.
With references to Art Nouveau and Modernism, her jewelry, mostly in gold plated silver 925, expresses a geometric intensity enriched by the naturalness and shine of the gemstones.
